It's been in public preview since August 2020, and was originally announced earlier this year by Microsoft as "Outlook Spaces". Built into your Office 365 mailbox, it integrates with many of the other apps like OneDrive and To-Do. Project Moca is available for Microsoft 365 consumer subscribers, commercial customers, and EDU customers as a preview and is turned off by default.
